- Your questions are very important to us. We are available via phone (866-800-1923) from 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, and 7 days a week via email (admin@sellyourteststrips.com). Email is checked and responded to frequently throughout the business day and often after hours, even on Sundays.
- Your payment is processed quickly. If your package is received on any day Monday through Thursday, we will put a check in the mail within 24 hours of receiving your diabetic test strips or begin your Zelle transfer, Bank Transfer, or PayPal payment. Packages received on Fridays and Saturdays will be processed first thing Monday morning. If the boxes you send are as described, the amount we quoted you will be the amount we send. If the boxes are discovered to be damaged or different than described, it may result in an adjustment to your price.
- Any information you share with us remains confidential. We will never share or sell your information. If you need your diabetic test strips returned, we are happy to return them less a $20 shipping and processing fee.
